Admissions Process
1) Tour Our Campus
We encourage prospective families to visit our campus and would love the opportunity to meet with you! Tours provide an opportunity for you to visit our classrooms, meet our faculty, ask questions, and receive an admissions packet. We schedule tours by appointment throughout the year. Please call the school office at (361) 991-6004 to schedule your tour.
2) Complete All Application and Reference Forms
The application process begin upon submission of all application and supplemental reference forms. These items should be mailed or dropped off at our main administrative office.
3) Schedule Placement Testing
After applications and reference forms have been completed, all applicants for 3rd through 12th grades are required to undergo Annapolis Christian Academy admissions testing. Admissions tests are given by appointment only.
4) Interview
The family or parent interview is a vital part of the ACA admissions process. Once all paperwork and testing are complete, we meet with both parents (and students applying to grades 7-12). The interview allows us to get to know one another more personally and provides an opportunity for you to ask questions.
5) Acceptance
After the interview, parents or guardians will be notified of ACA's acceptance decision.
6) Enrollment
Enrollment is finalized when a complete and signed registration contract has been returned to Annapolis. Payment of associated fees and tuition is also required.
6) Tuition Assistance
When registration is complete, parents may apply for tuition assistance, if needed. Tuition assistance is available for all full time students entering K - 12th grade. Please inquire in the school office for more information.

A Note about Timing
Ideally, the enrollment process begins in the fall of the academic year prior to the year your student hopes to attend. Applications for returning students are due by mid-January to secure a priority admissions seat. Open enrollment, which is first come, first served, begins February 1. If an applicant and family are found to be admissible but space is not available, you have the option of remaining in a waiting pool to be considered should a spot become available.
To schedule a tour please call the school office at (361) 991-6004 or email us at advancement@aca-cc.org.
